Event description:  The 39th annual Leadership Convention by NAAAP is coming to the Sonesta Philadelphia hotel from Thursday, July 16 to Sunday, July 19, 2026.  In this “City of Firsts”, NAAAP will be celebrating the 250th anniversary of the U.S. in the place where this country started and with the first-ever Leadership Convention in Philadelphia. 

This year’s convention theme is Resonance & Resilience.  Resonance, in how we hope our convention programming deeply relates to your values and goals.  And with resonance providing conviction — Resilience, in allowing you to better adapt to, endure, and bounce back.
