  Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program

Up to 10 Employees. 
The pilot Employee Resource Group (ERG) program will provide AAPI employees in the Baltimore region with access to the NAAAP Baltimore network and AAPI-centered events. Organizations can purchase 10 one-year NAAAP Baltimore memberships to their employees for $500.

This pilot phase will allow partners to purchase ten NAAAP Baltimore memberships for their employees for $500. Packages include a sustainability fee to assist with the large influx of members. The fee will contribute to supporting our community-building work and capacity to improve the member experience. Members from ERG partners will also have access to a dedicated channel to other members from participating ERG partners.
