Join us for our Be Together Membership Appreciation Potluck Party as we gather to celebrate and share appreciation for the community we have built over the past year.
We’d love for you to bring a dish, snack, or drink to share—homemade or catered, sweet or savory, all are welcome!
No pressure—just an opportunity to add some delicious variety to the event, and perhaps even start considering what recipes we may want to add to our budding community cookbook, A NAAAP Baltimore Cookbook: It Tastes Like Home... Through this community cookbook, he and the cookbook committee are hoping to tell our stories and honor our members’ family and history through food!
In addition, we are hoping to have a Build Together Better Together Swap component to the event where we create spaces for people to declutter and rehome items they are ready to let go of+offer suggestions on where we donate the remaining items after the event.
If you're interested in volunteering leading up to the event or have any questions, please feel invited to email [email protected]
Thanks in advance--we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!!
In service of our Build Together, Better Together pillars, we are hoping to co-create a community swap event around these different categories.
In addition, we are hoping to recruit volunteers to assist us in connecting with local community organizations in service of donating the remaining items.
Please bring clean+gently-used items within these various categories, and share suggestions on where we can donate these items:
