I originally moved to Baltimore City to work in a competitive research field that eventually stopped serving me. I stayed in Baltimore because within the city, I found my family, the resources I needed to pursue my passion of community care, and an innate sense of home and wholeness. My favorite forms of self-care are dancing, watching “too much” Bob’s Burgers, creating art with stickers, engulfing myself in nature, and petting lots of dogs. I hold a lot of love for my LGBTQ+ POC community, and I believe in taking an empowerment-based and collaborative approach with unconditional radical acceptance. My pronouns are she/her/hers.

I graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore with a Masters in Social Work, and I have neurobiological and physiological research experience. I enjoy providing education on the physiological processes of body systems in ways that help put into perspective the mind-body-spirit connection within the context of everyday life. I use an integrative, systemic, and humanistic framework to help you live your life according to your values, with integrity. To deepen my work beyond the office, I have co-founded the Baltimore chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals, developed a pan Asian social worker and professional counseling community in Baltimore, and am a speaker on guest panels with the National Alliance on Mental Illness in the Baltimore Metro area .
